Lady Bell's Bio

Diane Alexander-Bell was born to Mrs. Virginia Alexander and the late Mr. Thomas Alexander in Norfolk, VA on September 29, 1970. She graduated from Norfolk State University in May 1995, and served in the Air Force Reserves for 10 years. She married the love of her life James L. Bell, Sr. on February 7, 1997 and they have one child together Kiyana Bell. She is also the mother of three stepchildren Jessica, James II and Jasman (deceased).

In June 2006 Pastor Bell along with Lady Bell was called by God to start a new church ministry (God's House of Refuge) in Lexington Park, MD. Together they bring Biblical wisdom, compassion and integrity to the community.

Lady Bell compliments the ministry with her passion for family and is devoted to seeing the vision of God's House of Refuge exhibited. She is the Director of the Women's ministry (WOW) Women of Worth where she teach, encourage, equip, empower and guide the Women to the heart of God. She also serves in the Youth ministry, the Nursing Home and the Evangelism ministries where she ministers to the young, sick and the lost souls in our community.

Lady Bell serves as the Chief Financial Officer for God's House of Refuge and also for the C.L. McCoy memorial district. She is employed by the Department of the Navy as a Financial Management Analyst Team Lead in the accounting department on the Patuxent River Naval Base.

Lady Bell's favorite Bible scriptures is found in Proverbs 3: 5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
